Here in The Watch Village the Sheriff has a few policies set up that we all need to abide by to ensure that our customers receive top notch service and a smooth transaction.

PAYMENTS

 

Paying via the website
We like to keep our customers safe, therefore we ensure that all payments are receipted and secure. Payment can be made via the website through PayPal or credit/debit card. Please note that all major credit/debit card providers are accepted including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro. Please note that 4 months interest free credit is also available from PayPal.
 

 

Paying outside of the website

In order to secure better prices, cash on collection/bank transfer deals can be arranged via email.

SHIPPING

Shipping within the UK
All orders are securely shipped via UPS's tracked and signed for next day delivery service. Please note that all orders are dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment, however orders placed after 10am on Fridays will not be sent out until the following working day. Tracking details are provided as soon as the item is booked in for collection. If you have not received your item by the expected arrival date please give us a call or email so that we can investigate the matter immediately.

Shipping outside of the UK

All international orders are sent via UPS's tracked and signed for international service. For orders within Europe we do ask to allow 1-2 weeks for the item to arrive. For orders outside of Europe we ask for around 2-3 weeks. International buyers are liable for any taxes/duties/import charges that your country may impose.

RETURNS

​

We know how tricky it can be when selecting the perfect watch for yourself. Should your purchase not meet your requirements, or if you are unhappy with the item we ask that you please make us aware within 48 hours of receipt. Due to hygiene purposes, we kindly ask for you not wear the watch until you are completely satisfied with it. If the security seal attached to the watch is broken, returns will be void.

If you do wish to return your item you have 14 days from receipt to return the item for a full refund. We do ask that the item is returned to us in its original packaging, in the same condition that it was received and security seal in tact. You must ensure that any item returned back to us has the appropriate level of shipping cover. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the item.

Items that have been worn, adjusted or personalised will only be eligible for a refund if the item is faulty.

WARRANTY

​

We understand the importance of security, which is why every pre-owned watch we sell comes with a 1 year warranty. This warranty works alongside any remaining manufacturer’s warranty that may still apply. If your watch experiences a fault through no fault of your own, we will repair it free of charge during the warranty period. Please note that this warranty does not apply to new watches.

How the Warranty Works

- If your watch still has a valid manufacturer’s warranty, you can send it to them for repairs either through us or an authorized retailer.

- If your watch is covered by a The Watch Village Warranty but not the manufacturer’s, we will handle the repairs, working with the manufacturer where necessary.

- If your watch is no longer under warranty, you can send it to us for a repair quote.

Important Information

Our warranty covers manufacturing and mechanical defects only. It follows the same terms and conditions as the manufacturer’s warranty, which does not cover theft or loss of the watch, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or water exposure that goes against the manufacturer's guidelines. Strap wear is also excluded from the warranty. Additionally, any modifications or aftermarket components not provided by the manufacturer will void the warranty, as these can compromise the watch’s performance, reliability, and waterproofing.

Warranty return packs will be sent directly to the Service Centre, though you can also drop your watch off at any The Watch Village location, and we will forward it to the Service Centre. Please note that warranty return packs must be adequately insured at your own cost. This warranty is in addition to your statutory and legal rights.

If Your Watch Has a Problem

If your watch develops a fault, you can return it to us for inspection. If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will repair it free of charge. To start the warranty return process, please complete the form below, providing as many details about the issue as possible. A member of our warranty team will then contact you to arrange the repair.
